1. Returns & Refunds

At Her Balance®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Discounted or final sale items.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email tryherbalance@support.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at tryherbalance@support.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time to process).
  • If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, email us at tryherbalance@support.com.
