1. Returns & Refunds
At Her Balance®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items purchased from third-party retailers.
- Discounted or final sale items.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:
- Email tryherbalance@support.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at tryherbalance@support.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time to process).
- If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, email us at tryherbalance@support.com.
